Cancelling an Order
Customer satisfaction is important to all of us at the Eelamstore.com. We will ship your merchandise as quickly as possible. If your order has not yet shipped we can cancel it for you. If your order is cancelled before it ships we will refund the entire amount to your credit card (shipping charges and taxes, if applicable, are included.)
Out-of-stock Items
Eelamstore.com makes every effort to keep a good stock of all the items on our site. Occasionally, a high-demand item may go out-of-stock. If we are out-of-stock of an item you ordered, we will notify you via email. Any changes will be reflected on your order total, as well as your shipping confirmation.
